- Using BMS you can receive all part or none of your PO.
- You input the cost receiving, shipping cost, quantities received and other basic
information.
- BMS refigures your inventory and changes your Average costs immediately.
- Items not received can be backordered on any PO.

- Any purchase order can be back ordered for one or more items you requested but didn't
receive.

- Manual store to store transfers
- If you are elect to transfer to one of your sister locations merchandise you can do so
by keying in the items transferred and accepting the transfer.
- Afterwards you simply receive the same into the other location. Upon receiving,
all costs, general ledgers and inventories are immediately adjusted.
- Please note that consignment accounts are transferred and received automatically.
- Electronic store to store transfers
- For users with one system running multiple location you have the ability to transfer
electronically from one store to another.
- Electronic transfers include consignment accounts.
