True Quotes

A True Quote System permits users to build a quote, then set it to run
without requiring additional maintenance.
Your customer then receive discounted prices on any quoted item on any
Sales order.
Once the Quote expires it no longer discounts merchandise.
No cancellation or additional maintenance is required on your part.
The Key to a True Quote System
Set and forget.
Please note that once activated a True Quote need not be referenced
(unless you choose to) by you or your customers. They will receive their
discounts until the quote expires in the System or is deactivated by you.
All discounts immediately override their previous pricing.

What is Not a True Quote System?
Some vendors prefer to have you create delivery tickets and/or open
orders then call them Quotes.
This type of Quote System is NOT a True Quote System.
Rather, it is an open ticket (delivery ticket) order that holds your
inventory counts hostage.
