System Screen
- Quote by Date
- Using BMS you can create a quote that is valid for a specific period of time (i.e. from
June 1, 1999 through February 29, 2000).
- Quote by Quantity
- Build a quote then offer "X" number of items at a discounted
price. Once the maximum quantity is reached on those items prices return to normal.
- Quote by Date and Quantity
- Select this option to quote one or more items by both limited quantities and dates.
- For example, if Alexander is quoted 100 2x4x8, 50 2x4x12 and 25 2x6x8 Yellow Pine #2
from June until the end of December he can buy up to the maximum quoted quantity of each
item at a discount. Once the maximum quantity is reached his pricing on that item
returns to normal. At the end of December all items no having reached the maximum
quantity are also returned to normal pricing.
